Responsible for asking, “What if we did it differently?” at least 12 times per project. Oversees brand direction, aesthetic choices, and makes executive decisions about fonts.

Adjusts the frame "just a little to the left" until the shot feels right. Translates your ideas into images that tell the story. Knows the difference between good lighting and "not quite bright enough.".

The Manager
Schedules the meetings. Sends the emails. Pays the invoices.Also the one who says, “Let’s circle back,” and means it. Keeps the chaos organized and the deadlines respected.

The Writer
Voice of the brand.Turns blank pages into captions, scripts, campaigns, and ideas that connect. Responsible for the dramatic pauses… and the persuasive ones.

Hey, I’m Alexis, a creative soul with a tech twist. My mission is to help people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. Whether it’s through my podcast, community work, or different tech endeavours. I want to leave people a little lighter than I found them.

My journey hasn’t been a straight line. I’ve pivoted more times than I can count, but each turn taught me something about resilience, and the power of starting fresh. Those lessons show up in my work and in the way I connect with people. That’s why I created ThatGreyArea; a community space that embraces uncertainty and turns those grey areas of life into opportunities for empowerment and connection.
